If you're highly organized, proactive, and love helping clients and teams run smoothly, we'd love to meet youWe are currently prioritizing candidates based in Mexico, as the role involves working closely with a U.S.-based insurance team and requires strong bilingual communication skills and familiarity with regional time zones.What You'll Be Doing:Handle incoming calls related to First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and deliver excellent telephone customer service with empathy and professionalismInteract with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams to support the FNOL process for Property and Casualty claimsEnter FNOL report details, loss information, and claim documentation into the systemElectronically file documentation and assist with services such as mitigation letters, towing/salvage coordination, coverage verification, and policy reviewsSupport the team by processing invoices and managing vendor coordinationMaintain accurate client and policy records by entering up-to-date information into the systemSpot opportunities to improve workflows and suggest more efficient ways to handle admin tasksWhat We're Looking For:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and SpanishPrior experience in administrative support, preferably in an insurance or professional services settingBased in Mexico (strongly preferred, due to time zone alignment and team needs)Available to work in US time zonesAvailable to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google WorkspaceWhy You'll Love Working Here:#128176; Competitive CompensationWe offer a monthly salary starting at USD 1,000 - USD 1,100 , with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
