A Day In The Life The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product quality Equipment & Tooling: Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling to support production operations Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures Cost Reduction: Analyze manufacturing costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality Implementation of 5S activities and Safety improvements in the area Support production, QA, Planning in daily work What will help you thrive in this role? Eng. Degree (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Eng.) Solid knowledge in Metal Mechanic Industry Solid Knowledge in manufacturing process Problem solving skills Experience transferring products and full facilities Capacity analysis Advance knowledge on line balancing and time study.
