We are looking for an Expert Operational Tax professional responsible for ensuring the operational tax compliance of the company’s subsidiaries, acting as the main liaison between external tax advisors, the Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC), and local Finance teams. This role aims to mitigate tax risks, standardize processes, and ensure the quality of information used for tax filings, contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of the company’s tax obligations. Responsibilities Ensure timely compliance with monthly and annual tax obligations, including tax calculations, validations, and reconciliations. Prepare and review working papers, tax returns, tax opinions, and supporting documentation in accordance with current regulations. Act as the main technical point of contact between external tax advisors, the FSSC, and internal teams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of tax information. Analyze tax processes (re-invoicing, intercompany transactions, withholdings, and invoicing), identifying risks and proposing compliance improvements. Manage the use of ERPs and accounting systems, participating in LATAM tax workflows and providing tax support to the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
