Job Title: Data Loss Prevention AnalystJob Type: Full-Time (FTE)Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MexicoJob Description:Should have 7+ year of relevant experience that includes:Expertise in designing and implementing Symantec DLP solutionsAn Excellent knowledge in Data Privacy and Protection concepts.DLP Policy configuration as per business requirementsExperience with Jira and confluenceDeploy DLP Software/Firmware updates and PatchesCoordinate with OEM for implementation support issuesExperience in design and implementation of Data Protection technologies like DLP Database or File or Email Encryption or Data Masking Test Data Masking or Dynamic Data Masking PKIShould have experience in integrating data protection solutions with other security solutions and business intelligence solutions.Should have good product understanding and problem-solving capabilityExcellent knowledge of PCI DSS and ERM compliance and standardEnsure protection of networks, systems, and applications by enforcement of DLP security policy and through use of systematic DLP event analysisMonitor DLP information security alerts though the use of available DLP tools to respond, triage, and escalate as needed.Analyze event/alert patterns to properly interpret and prioritize threats with available DLP tools and other data protection devices.Identify trends and drive requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing data loss prevention detection policies.Provide support to projects that enhance reporting, workflow, change/incident/problem management.Provide technical advice and input for the support of integrated security systems and solutions.Interface with clients in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements to improve the efficiency of daily tasks, monitoring, and processes with innovative ideasPerform Root Cause AnalysisExperience with integration of DLP with SIEM and PAMProduct related problem management, bug-fixesSoft Skills:Should have good verbal/written communication skillsIncumbent should carry continual system improvement mindset and able to demonstrate in work.Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skillsCapable to support and mentor teamExperience working with internal functional partners to understand their business processes and goals, then create DLP policies or recommend process changes to facilitate functional goals without compromising DLP security
