Summary:This position will support Corporate Production Planning Strategy implementation, data analysis, reporting, training, documentation, measurement and control as well as ERP software support and overall business process analysis in support of NEO Tech sites.Provides support in the development of Master Schedules that achieve customer service target levels, make efficient use of resources (material, labor, equipment) and keep inventories and production backlogs at desired levels successfully enabling valid customer order promisesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Supports development and implementations of best & standardized Master Scheduling practices while monitoring execution across all planning resources.Responsible for data and process analysis in support of strategy development, measurement and controls implementation that result in successful customer service, Inventory reduction and on time delivery.Supports stakeholders to assure demand plans translate into actionable supply plans that optimize inventory and maximize customer service.Supports implementation of optimal production planning and control under consideration of forecasts, inventory levels, coverage, capacities, optimal batch sizes, cycle times etc.Supports development of ERP tools and integration to ensure maximum benefit.Supports development of "what-if" scenario forecasts to support accurate financial forecasting (sales/inventory), rough-cut capacity plans, etc.Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business unit leaders, Program Managers, Sales, Supply Chain, production and other functional teams; utilizes those relationships to enhance business performance.Provide stakeholders with relevant Strategic information as and when required.Other tasks as required by manager.Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proven record of planning and scheduling experience.Expert on ERP systems, experience with Epicor ERP system is a plusUnderstanding of EMS business processes.Leadership and communication skills are essential.Experience/Education:BA/BS preferred, not required.Production and /or inventory management certification preferred.EMS specific experience.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
