Jr Auditor

Main Purpose The Junior Internal Auditor supports the Internal Audit team by assisting in the execution of financial and operational audits. This entry-level role helps strengthen internal controls while building foundational audit skills, serving as a talent pipeline for future Auditor positions. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing financial, operational, and commercial internal audits. Participate in risk identification, process mapping, and internal control assessments. Conduct data analysis and documentation reviews to detect inconsistencies or inefficiencies. Document audit findings and collaborate in drafting audit reports. Present findings and recommendations to audit teams and business stakeholders. Develop technical knowledge in tools such as SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI. Collaborate with various business areas and multicultural teams. Support special projects related to process improvement and compliance. Engage in internal and external training to accelerate learning. Maintain a proactive, ethical, and collaborative attitude in all activities. Education, Experience, Language, & Physical Requirements Academic Level: recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Language(s) and level of proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English (minimum B2). Knowledge/Experience: Intermediate to advanced Excel. Desirable: SAP, PowerBI Physical requirements: Willingness to travel (up to 25%); no other physical restrictions apply.
