In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent, managing the selection process and supporting general human resources. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with 1‑2 years of recruiting experience who wish to develop in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment. Key Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions. Conduct telephone, virtual and in‑person interviews. Publish vacancies on the company's social networks and other employment portals. Monitor key HR metrics related to recruitment. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Provide support in general human resources activities as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or similar. Intermediate/advanced level of English (B2 – C1). Previous experience in recruiting (1‑2 years). Basic knowledge of talent search techniques. Proactivity and ability to manage time effectively. Soft Skills Effective communication Attention to detail Proactivity Technical Skills Experience with CRM. Advanced interview techniques. Solid experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).
