Candidates must LOVE helping people, solving business problems, and pushing themselves to slay the next beast of a project.Job Summary Join an innovative and fast-paced engineering team as a Senior Fullstack Developer, where you'll lead the charge in building robust, scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies. Tackle exciting challenges across the stack, influence architecture, and mentor fellow engineers.Lead development of full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.Design and implement GraphQL APIs and integrate RESTful services.Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components.Manage data modeling and operations using PostgreSQL.Ensure code quality with unit/integration testing and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.Optimize performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility.Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and document solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote team collaboration.Job RequirementsGreat English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken)Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory7+ years of experience across frontend and backend development.Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being on time for meetings is crucial).Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS in production environments.Proven experience building and integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs.Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, testing frameworks, and modern CI/CD practices.Experience with event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka.Proficient with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Instana, Kibana).Solid grasp of functional programming concepts and clean architecture principles.Demonstrated focus on accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.Nice to haveCompleted coding challenge results are appreciated and may support your application.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
