Over the past decade, we have delivered technology and innovation solutions for clients across LATAM and the United States, working with a talented team of over 220 professionals.As a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce and low‑code solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives.LocationMexico City, Mexico (Hybrid model)ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.Provide data‑based reports and insights to support decision‑making.Oversee delivery of low‑code solutions and maintain functional documentation.QualificationsProven experience with Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, etc.).Knowledge of low‑code platforms (OutSystems, Appian, Power Platform, or Mendix).Experience in agile environments and digital transformation projects.Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
