This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in industrial maintenance.ResponsibilitiesAssist senior maintenance technicians in performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities.Learn to diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues under supervision.Support the repair and replacement of faulty components and parts.Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance issues and progress.Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance department.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training or a relevant associate's degree is a plus.Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles preferred.Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.Knowledge of safety procedures and practices is desirable.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.No prior experience required; enthusiasm for a career in maintenance is key. #J-18808-Ljbffr
