Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Government Benefits About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Sales Agent with strong communication abilities and a proven track record in sales. If you speak English at a native or near-native level, and are looking for a stable, weekday schedule with competitive pay, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities · Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and sell our products/services · Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets · Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships · Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system · Work closely with the sales team to maximize performance Requirements · Native or near-native English level (C1–C2)· Resides in Cuernavaca (or able to commute daily)· Previous sales or call center experience required · Strong negotiation and communication skills · Reliable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment What We Offer · Competitive salary · Government benefits (IMSS, paid vacation, holidays, etc.)· Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)· Professional, supportive work environment · Opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance · Access to the "Zen Zone," a private room with amenities for employee relaxation · Events and more...
