Virtual Trip Support Consultant – Destiny&Co Travel Agency As a Virtual Trip Support Consultant, you will support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning to post-trip follow-up. Your role is to ensure every detail is managed smoothly while providing guidance, timely updates, and reassurance before, during, and after each trip. You will help travelers feel confident, informed, and supported at every stage of their experience. At Destiny&Co, we focus on personalized service and meaningful travel experiences, taking pride in delivering organized itineraries and thoughtful support that helps clients create lasting memories. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Assist with itinerary updates, changes, and cancellations. Provide accurate destination information and entry requirement guidance. Confirm travel details and proactively follow up on upcoming trips.
