Business Development & Sales Manager (Animated Series & Publishing) Company: Era Una Vez Animations. Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Full‑time. Entertainment · Animation · Media Production · Publishing. Mid‑Senior level. Español and English (Advanced/Fluent). Responsibilities Develop business opportunities for animated series and comics/publishing. Prospect, pitch, and negotiate with sales agents, distributors, platforms, broadcasters, publishers, and IP licensors. Present the project as a scalable IP with strong digital traction. Lead negotiations covering territories, windows, exclusivity, and IP rights. Build and manage an active B2B sales pipeline. Represent the project in meetings, pitches, and industry events. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of audiovisual content (animation, series, TV, streaming) and/or publishing, comics, or IP licensing. Fluent or advanced English (required). Availability to work on site in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Uncapped performance‑based commissions. Experience with a strong digital traction IP. Key role in the international expansion of the project.
