We are seeking a project workflow expert with exceptional organization skills and excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment and has the ability to inspire and manage multiple teams and tasks. Tasks and responsibilities Develop monthly, quarterly or annual communications plans and strategies as needed Ensure all components of a marketing program are aligned with the strategic communication plan Manage the project management schedules, project deadlines and creative asset coordination with social media director, creative director, copywriter, videographer, and graphic designer Lead project planning, tracking and reporting progress of campaigns Create and implement an overall risk mitigation strategy across all social media platforms Collaborate with team leaders on the vision, goals, and strategy for each campaign Prepare monthly social marketing campaign outlines in accordance with the strategic communication plan Manage multiple and overlapping campaign schedules throughout the year Research current and relevant topics and information on clients/verticals you manage Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of Project/Program Management in Media or Marketing Experience managing projects with various marketing tactics/strategies Experience working with and leading marketing teams Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously Excellent customer relations skills Excellent leadership and people management skills Organized, diligent, and master of time management Friendly, communicative people-person Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $10,****** - $26,****** al mes Horario: Turno de 8 horas Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Tijuana, B.C. #J-18808-Ljbffr
