To establish and maintain a continuous improvement culture in ABB, focusing on customers and quality, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress. In this role you will develop a common and consistent approach to continuous improvement and strategy. Customize strategy and help to spread best practices. Your responsibilities : Lean Manufacturing Strategy. Process standardization. Automation in processes. Continuous improvement methodology (Management with suppliers, design of workstations, layout adjustment, opportunity to make processes more efficient). Your background : Bachelor's Degree in Material, Industrial, Electronical engineering from and accredited university or college. Ten years of experience working in Continuous Improvement an process. ISO or IATF Experience. Continuous Improvement theoretical and practical experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. AutoCad or SolidWorks similar design software 2D. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing methodology. Green Belt is desirable. Leadership Training and skills. Customer focus, sense of urgency and Strong oral and written communication.
