We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, driven bilingual Accounting Supervisor with 5+ years of accounting experience, and preferably restaurant industry familiarity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and high proficiency in English to communicate both written and occasionally verbally with US‑based clients, vendors and colleagues. Work type: hybrid *all work and interviews will be conducted in English Key Responsibilities First 90 days: Staff Accountant responsibilities for up to 10 clients Interview and assist in the hiring process of Staff Accountants Train, supervise, and mentor Staff Accountants Oversee all aspects of the accounting process Ensure accurate and timely reporting. Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies Attend client financial meetings Required Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience (restaurant accounting experience highly preferred) Prior supervisory experience High English proficiency (both written and verbal) Strongly Preferred Skills Proactive Highly efficient Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent organizational and time‑management Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with US accounting and account payables software (Quickbooks, Intacct, MarginEdge and Bill.com) Bonus opportunities Professional development and growth opportunities Friendly workplace Pet friendly office Work from home twice a week Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Accounting / Auditing and Analyst Industries Restaurants Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at KitchenSync by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
