This leader will report to the SVP, Global R&D Biscuits and to the President, WACAM. S / he will sit on the WACAM BU Leadership team, and play a key role in shaping the strategy of R&D in the business unit to enable the BU's growth agenda. S / he will drive 'big bet' programs and develop capabilities to support new business opportunities and new technologies, improve quality, and reduce costs. In addition to leading R&D agenda for the business unit, this individual will also lead projects in the Biscuits category for the entire Latin America region.
