Read on and apply todayThe positionAs a Medical Writer at Novo Nordisk, you will:Develop high-quality scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and posters using Real-World Evidence (RWE) data.Apply advanced statistical methodologies and epidemiology principles to interpret complex clinical data and ensure all publications strictly adhere to GPP2022 guidelines and ICMJE authorship criteria.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authors to manage the publication lifecycle.Perform comprehensive literature searches and synthesize findings into clear, impactful slide decks or reports.Lead the drafting and refinement of scientific content to meet the standards of top-tier medical journals and global congresses.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with global medical and publication strategies.QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:Need to have:PhD, MD, or PharmD with 2+ years of experience, or MS with 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences and proven expertise in Medical Writing, such as protocols, study reports or informed consent forms.Advanced knowledge of statistics and epidemiology applied to scientific publications. - Mastery of publication compliance standards, including GPP2022 and ICMJE criteria.Familiarity with the publication process and experience working with journals for manuscripts submission.Mandatory submission of a publication dossier/portfolio LINKS with the professional CV.Nice to have:Medical writing experience focused on Real-World Evidence (RWE).Knowledge of standard publication management software.About the departmentWe leverage data and analytics to deliver innovative health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) real-world evidence and insights on the use of Novo Nordisk products by utilizing real-world data to demonstrate value of our products, creating trust through data supported solutions.Working at Novo NordiskEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
