About the role : The main responsibilities of the FSS Analyst are to support operational finance share services, accounting transactions related to vendor's payment AP, Fixed Asset, Travel Expense, Cash Management and General Ledger activities during the implementation of the new Oracle Cloud GL system across the organization. What you need : Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable Module (preferred) Knowledge of basic tax procedures (VAT and miscellaneous fees) Experience in General accounting or Finance Shared Services Advanced English General knowledge of accounting / finance with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly Good analytical skills are required Proactive with a drive for process improvements and addressing customer needs Highly organized with good communication skills Strong orientation to customer satisfaction Attention to detail is required Goal oriented and focused on results What you will be doing : Invoice capturing into Oracle activities Monitor the approval of invoices for prompt payment Prepare reconciliations and the respective entries of the AP accounts Prepare bank account reconciliations Manage monthly fixed assets depreciation and amortizations Support cross-training within FSS team to be back up when needed Support Finance projects or FSS initiatives to enhance / automate processes Follow and compliance of internal policies and procedures What we offer : At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
