This role manages the architecture, execution, and overall performance of all paid media channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic, accelerating brand positioning, awareness, acquisition, and conversion across all business units.Acquire and engage users on our platform, and grow our user base through a combination of online and offline strategies.Develop a deep understanding of data and our users, both potential and existing, to create your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives, and to continuously improve the user experience.Use data to understand user behavior and experience and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience, especially in operations, performance marketing, paid media management, or digital growth roles, preferably in technology agencies.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience executing campaigns on Google, Meta Ads, TikTok, Programmatic, and other advertising platforms.Prior operational/analytical experience in strategic operations, data analysis, consulting, investment banking, or the technology sector is a plus.Strong analytical and data-driven skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, or digital analytics are highly valued.Extensive experience working with or leading digital agencies and creative partners.
