We are looking for a ServiceNow UX/UI Consultant to join our team for a multinational leader in the international organizations and digital services sector. Responsibilities Lead the UX/UI design process for ServiceNow modules, portals, and custom applications. Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps. Design intuitive, responsive, accessible, and brand-compliant interfaces within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate designs. Collaborate closely with developers to implement and refine UI components. Ensure WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices are consistently applied. Recommend improvements to existing portals and interfaces based on user data and metrics. Support the creation of design systems, reusable components, and style guides. Provide guidance and training on user-centered design approaches. Qualifications Proven experience in UX/UI design for enterprise web platforms, ideally ServiceNow. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, UI Builder, and/or Workspace. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1+). Experience with usability testing, personas, wireframes, and prototyping. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Fluent English, written and spoken.
