Req ID: 76931 Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills to provide technical guidance and problem-solving leadership in the DSM area. The candidate should have a disciplined approach to the work and focus on Maintenance metrics. Follow up on equipment improvement projects VOC analisys Traninig to New Engineer and Technician The candidate should be comfortable in reporting and presenting (in English or Spanish) technical concepts. Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or similar discipline. English level >80% (verbal and written). Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must). Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas 3+ years of experience in Maintenance or Process areas are desirable, preferably in DSM area.
