Role Overview — Growth Enabler, Not Administrator This role is for a proven growth enabler — a senior recruitment leader who has built, scaled, and operated large recruitment organizations that consistently outperform in competitive MSP environments. You are not here to "manage recruiters." You are here to build the recruitment machine that fuels company growth. You will own global recruitment performance, with full accountability for: Delivery velocity Recruiter productivity MSP competitiveness KPI performance Margin contribution This role carries direct influence over revenue growth and offers uncapped upside, margin participation, and a clear path to C-suite for the correct candidates. What Success Looks Like Recruitment teams scale rapidly without loss of quality or speed Recruiters consistently outperform MSP benchmarks Delivery becomes a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck KPIs are visible, predictable, and improving quarter over quarter Xcaile wins and expands complex, high-volume MSP accounts Key Responsibilities Build & Scale the Recruitment Organization Design and scale a large, multi-region recruitment organization across LATAM, Canada, Asia, and Africa Build repeatable, high-performance recruiting pods and leadership layers Hire, develop, and retain elite recruiters and recruitment leaders Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and execution Own Global Recruitment KPIs Full ownership of all recruitment performance metrics, including: Time-to-submit Time-to-hire Submissions per recruiter Interview-to-offer ratios Offer acceptance rates Fill rate and SLA adherence Implement performance cadences, dashboards, and corrective action plans Tie recruiter performance directly to business outcomes and margin Win in Competitive MSP Environments Build recruitment capability that wins against top global staffing firms Enable teams to operate flawlessly within complex MSP frameworks Partner with sales and account leaders to support new logo wins and expansions Ensure delivery excellence under aggressive SLAs and volume pressure Systems, Process & Scale Own ATS strategy and recruiter enablement Standardize processes without sacrificing speed or accountability Leverage automation, AI, and tooling to scale efficiently Executive Partnership & Growth Act as a strategic partner to the executive team Contribute to growth strategy, regional expansion, and operating model designPrepare the recruitment organization to scale from growth-stage to enterprise-grade Ideal Profile Non-Negotiable Experience 10+ years in agency recruitment Proven track record building and scaling large recruitment organizations Documented success winning in highly competitive MSP environments Deep experience running high-volume recruitment operations Strong technical and complex role delivery background Advanced, hands‑on ownership of recruitment KPIs and performance management Fluent in English and Spanish International experience (LATAM required; Asia/Africa exposure strongly preferred) Operator Mindset Growth-oriented, not maintenance-oriented Commercially sharp — understands margins, revenue, and delivery economics Comfortable operating under pressure and aggressive targets Builder mentality with executive presence Compensation & Career Path Competitive base salary (geography‑adjusted) Uncapped margin participation Performance incentives tied directly to recruitment KPIs Defined path to C‑suite — must be ready for running a business unit with P&L ownership Opportunity to build and own a global recruitment practice Why This Role Matters Recruitment is the growth engine of the company You will build the system that scales revenue You will compete — and win — in elite MSP environments You will move from elite operator to executive leader #J-18808-Ljbffr
