Key Requirements Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Business or related experience English language proficiency. This role requires communications conducted in English Manager or District sales manager experience 3+ of experience with dealers Availability to travel Skills Working under pressure Dealing with ambiguity Teamwork Tolerance to frustration Activities Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM Build and manage relationships Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers Assist in customer problem resolution Performs other related duties as assigned General Motors is committed to being a workplace that is not only free of unlawful discrimination, but one that genuinely fosters inclusion and belonging.
