About the role Key Responsibilities Act as an advocate for each customer and ensure a successful resolution for every contact received. Respond to and escalate technical issues or questions. Meet personal and team goals related to quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Follow proper procedures to investigate customer requests, and accurately log the reason for contact. Offer alternate products or services to promote loyalty and improve each customer's experience. What are we looking for? 6 months of experience in Call Center role Retail banking or technical campaign (desirable) Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) Schedule availability - Monday to Friday Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to prioritize and multi-task Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage contacts with varying complexity and difficulty Excellent problem‑solving ability Ability to handle sensitive information securely Knowledge and expertise within the banking or finance industry Strong empathy skills (desirable) Tipo de puesto Tiempo completo Tipo de jornada Turno de 8 horas Job Location Esta posición requiere estar en Tijuana o Rosarito.
