Consultants based in Mexico City will support clients in North America with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.As a Senior Consultant (SC), you will have complete ownership of complex workstreams or several smaller workstreams and be supported by junior resources. You should be deemed as a subject matter expert (SME) both internally and by clients and you will be responsible for the following:Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams. Often supported by junior resourcesManaging more junior consultants on projects, making sure Efficio methodologies and processes are followedDriving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutionsPlaying a role in advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impactEffectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholdersPlanning and preparing documentation for own workstreamTaking part in the recruitment process of potential junior consultantsOur collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out.
