If this is you, we'd love to talk About the Role As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale) operating results, including maintenance costs, of the areas or production lines under your charge. What You Will Do Lead by example in promoting a safe work environment. Drive business strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. Implement work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, and operational excellence. Foster the development of organizational capability to achieve expected results. Align unit objectives and goals with Site CBN. Be ultimately responsible for the operation results (SQCDM) in your area of responsibility. Mentor and develop the organization in the right behaviors. Use problem‑solving tools to eliminate losses. Create and run to standards using DDS/DMS methodology. Be accountable for the unit's operational budget. Facilitate effective communication and results review through the meeting sequence (Team/Shift handover/MBUs/Site). Oversee the performance management process and manage consequences within your department. Who You Are +5 years of manufacturing experience in supervisory, junior management, mid‑level roles or equivalent managerial experience in similar roles (production manager, superintendent, manufacturing leader, operational excellence, etc.). English language proficiency a must. Lean manufacturing / TPM background required. Continuous improvement mindset, solid knowledge of QMS. Strong and proven leadership skills as well as ability to build trust with team and key stakeholders. Strong desire for self and team development as well as breakthrough achievements. Preferred but not limited to Mechatronic, Electronic, or Robotic engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
