Senior Project Engineer / Solutions Architect *Location: * Remote About the Role We are hiring a *Senior Project Engineer or Solutions Architect* with *10–15 years of experience* in IT infrastructure and endpoint management, specializing in *Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 11 upgrades*. This is a *client-facing* role requiring excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and hands‑on implementation experience. You will serve as the *lead technical advisor* for a major upgrade project and work directly with *US-based clients*, internal stakeholders, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of Windows 11, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot upgrade projects. Act as the primary technical point of contact for *US clients*. Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and stakeholder communications. Own implementation and configuration tasks across customer environments. Provide guidance and best practices for modern device management and identity solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Required Skills & Experience *10–15 years* of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or enterprise architecture. Proven expertise in *Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, and **Windows 11 migration*. Strong understanding of *modern workplace* and *zero trust architecture*. Experience working with *Managed Service Providers (MSPs)* – *preferred*. Prior experience working with *US-based clients* – *required*. *Excellent communication skills* – must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104). Experience working in a consulting or MSP environment. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools.
