Change Management Lead Summary Die Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, strategische Geschäftsprojekte für die Novartis Group, den CEO und die Konzernleitung zu unterstützen, mit dem Ziel, den wirtschaftlichen Wert zu maximieren und zukünftige Wettbewerbsvorteile zu sichern. Unterstützung von Senior Strategy Managern und Direktoren bei Projekten rund um wichtige Novartis-Produkte in wichtigen Märkten, die Erzielen Sie eine wesentlich größere Ergebnisverbesserung als mit dem Produkt allein Wesentlich höhere finanzielle Vorteile für Novartis auf dieser Grundlage. Major Accountabilities Novartis-Strategie-Gemeinschaft managen Der Projektleiter hält den Kontakt mit den Strategieteams der Divisionen aufrecht und plant / organisiert regelmäßige Aktualisierungssitzungen. Der Projektleiter leitet darüber hinaus jederzeit auch kleine Projekte von Projectierung über Inhaltserstellung und Verwaltung der Interessenvertreter, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und Ergebnisse vorzubereiten, die fundierte Entscheidungen ermöglichen. Bereitung eines regelmäßigen Austauschs zwischen den Gemeinschaftsmitglieder, z.B. unabhängige Organization des jährlichen Strategie-Offsite-Treffens ( inklusiv Tagesordnung, Redner, usw.). Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen den Strategie-Teams der Bereiche. Unterstützung der Geschäftsführer und Leiter bei der Projektarbeit und Fachberatung in allen Projektabschnitten. Genaue Absprache mit den Teilhabern auf Länder-, Funktions- und globaler Stufe, nach Vorgabe der verschiedenen Projekte und Initiativen. Unabhängige Prüfung der Zwischenziele der Projekte sowie des Abschlusses. Unterstützung des Strategieleiters bei größeren Strategie-Projekten über Einheiten und Funktionen sowie auch Länder. Verantwortung für Teilbereiche des Gesamtprojekts übernehmen und die Fertigstellung sicherstellen. Proaktive Nutzung von Projektverwaltungsmethoden. Unterstützung beim Änderungsmanagement und angemessene Kommunikation für die Umsetzung von Projekten und Initiativen bereitstellen. Meldung von technischen Beschwerden / unerwünschten Ereignissen / Sonderfallszenarien im Zusammenhang mit Novartis-Produkten innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Erhalt Verteilung von Vermarktungsmustern (falls zutreffend) Key Performance Indicators Führen Sie ein kleines Projekt erfolgreich zum endgültigen Ergebnis Feedback von internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Qualität der Ergebnisse Leistung im Hinblick auf Jahresziele und Meilensteine wie im Arbeitsplan Feedback von internen und externen Partnern zu Interaktion, Priorisierung, Zeitmanagement, etc. Work Experience & Skills Operations Management und Ausführung Projektmanagement Wichtige Veränderungen Grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit Geografische Reichweite Skills Hochbau Business-Networking Geschäftspartner Unternehmensplanung Transformation von Geschäftsprozessen Geschäftsstrategie Neugier Entscheidungsbaum (Prognosemodell) Vielfalt und Inklusion Finanzieren Go-To-Market-Strategie Key Account Management Leitung Lean Six Sigma Unternehmensberatung Scrum (Programmiermethodik) Strategische Planung Language #J-18808-Ljbffr
