Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceProcess payroll for multiple legal entities in Mexico, covering both unionized and salaried employees.Ensure payroll calculations comply with union agreements, local labor laws, and applicable benefits.Lead initiatives to improve and automate payroll processes, leveraging technology and innovative solutions.Guarantee timely payments to government institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll tax authorities.Coordinate payments to external payroll vendors.Validate retirement calculations and ensure accuracy.Respond to audits, reviews, and inquiries from labor authorities including REPSE, IMSS, STPS, SAT, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide timely support to employees.Support account reconciliations, audit documentation, and month-end closing activities.What Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.3+ years of experience processing payroll in Mexico, including unionized environments.Strong understanding of labor and tax regulations, with the ability to interpret complex legal information.Experience in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and payroll integration.Strong organizational and communication abilities.Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee data.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data processing tools.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with experience or interest in automation tools and digital transformation.Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or other ERP systems for payroll management.How Would You Stand Out?Proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and drive change.Experience working in multinational environments or with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.Why Choose Us?Home office opportunity (2 days per week in the office)Professional onboarding processLearning and development programsA culture that values creativity, innovation, and bold ideas.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy. This role is a key administrative and strategic partner, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to terminations.
