Puesto: Legal Manager Objetivo del puesto Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento legal de las operaciones de la compañía en México, alineando la normatividad local con los lineamientos corporativos de la casa matriz en China. Será responsable de coordinar asuntos legales internos y externos, incluyendo derecho corporativo, laboral, migratorio y de cumplimiento, así como de liderar al equipo legal interno y la firma legal externa. Funciones y responsabilidades Supervisar el cumplimiento regulatorio en México (legal, fiscal, laboral y ambiental). Analizar, implementar y alinear las prácticas de cumplimiento corporativo con la empresa matriz en China. Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la firma legal externa para asegurar la calidad y oportunidad de sus entregables. Asesorar en temas de derecho laboral, incluyendo contratos individuales, terminaciones, cumplimiento normativo y auditorías laborales. Dar seguimiento a los procesos migratorios de expatriados, incluyendo visas, renovaciones, legalizaciones y notificaciones ante el INM. Revisar y autorizar contratos clave de la operación (proveedores, clientes, arrendamientos, etc.). Supervisar el cumplimiento de obligaciones corporativas ante notarios y autoridades como SAT, IMSS, STPS, PROFECO, entre otras. Gestionar el riesgo legal de la compañía mediante la identificación de contingencias potenciales y la implementación de medidas preventivas. Brindar asesoría legal interna a todas las áreas operativas cuando sea requerido. Liderar al equipo legal, coordinando su carga de trabajo, prioridades y desarrollo profesional. #J-18808-Ljbffr
