At (typo fix? keep original text: must keep original language)>, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for Hyperdesk, an AI-scaleup building the future of financial enterprise solutions.We don't just need someone to write code; we need a Builder who wants to transition into a Founding Engineer role and own the technical DNA of a high-impact product.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Technical Ownership: You will own major product decisions and define the technical architecture from day one. You aren't just following a roadmap; you are helping build it.High-Velocity Execution: Ship production-ready code fast and iterate relentlessly based on direct customer feedback. Speed is our competitive advantage.Full-Stack Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. We are a lean team; we move wherever the product needs us (Frontend, Backend, or Infrastructure).Architecting for Scale: Build for enterprise-grade reliability, security, and efficiency. You will establish the engineering best practices and standards that the rest of the team will follow.Future Leadership: Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and preparing the engineering team to scale. You are the foundation of our future leadership team.What you bring to the tableExperience: 3 to 5 years of professional software development, ideally in high-growth startups (YC-backed) or global Big Tech companies.Technical Mastery: Strong command of the full JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.Stack: Node.js, Express/Hono, React/Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.System Design: Proven ability to design and implement scalable, complex solutions with both relational and non-relational databases.Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines.Software Excellence: A track record of applying best practices: clean code, design patterns, comprehensive testing, and clear documentation.Communication: Intermediate-Advanced English (B2+) to collaborate in a high-paced, international environment.Mindset: A "Builder" heart.
