Target Provide end‑to‑end project management and delivery for strategic and transformation initiatives aligned with the company objectives, facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, owning the schedule, and tracking the output of milestones to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals. Make use of professional experience to provide improvements and technological solutions according to the needs and strategies of the business, acting as a facilitator between the business areas and the IT area. Core Responsibilities Coordinate the process of development and release of technological solutions, verifying and ensuring the proposed results to meet the commitment dates, quality and functionality. Lead the team responsible for achieving the objectives of the projects, coordinating all interested parties. Evaluate systems and software to determine suitability for the organization’s needs and expected results; act as the liaison with end users, software vendors, and developers to achieve intended results. Plan, monitor and control projects through work plans guaranteeing the monitoring of the defined methodology under corporate standards. Collaborate with regional teams to facilitate communication within Mexico. Manage scope, cost and time, with adequate change management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry. Advanced English (both oral and written). Experience as a Project Leader / Technical Leader. Ideally, experience in automotive financial services companies. Experience gathering requirements, managing user/stakeholder relationships and IT vendor/partner management. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of management methodology. Knowledge of object‑oriented programming; Java language. Experience with DevOps, Azure, and microservices. Proficiency in traditional (WBS, waterfall), Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid approaches.
