The organization partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, margins, and long-term planning, while supporting internal stakeholders and private equity reporting needs. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and company-wide decision-making. This role is hired as a full-time contractor, 100% remote, with payment in USD. Candidates must be based in Latin America (LATAM) and have strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization. Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business scenarios and capital allocation decisions. Analyze large datasets from SAP Business One and other systems to improve cost visibility and margin analysis. Build dashboards and financial reports for executives and department leaders using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Support month-end close activities, including P&L variance analysis, KPI tracking, and operational insights. Conduct product and customer profitability analyses and assist with cost accounting reviews. Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to improve financial performance and data accuracy. Support board-level presentations and private equity reporting as required. Requirements Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred). Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with reporting and dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. English proficiency: C1 level or above (written and spoken). Must be based in Latin America (LATAM). Availability to work full-time as a remote contractor.
