Location: Remote Salary: ********* USD per month Overview Our client is a private investment firm.Most of our investments are in the public entities space.Our mission is to help small cap companies grow and reach their full potential.We are looking for candidates with finance background.REMOTE WORKThe ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Responsibilities Handling Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Create and arrange Investments' paperwork Maintaining organization of the CRM system Ensure file organization based on office protocol Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group & individual meetings, handle and coordinate active calendars, doing research, and creating reports. Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel, Office, and Google products functionality Understanding of the finance world Strong computer & software skills Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, communications, or a related field 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role desirable but not required Must have exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize Must be a self-starter and driven Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Work Environment Remote position, reporting directly to the company's Operations Officer, with input and direction from both founders.
