Este Puesto Reporta a Engineering Tools Manager Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects. The Work Model For The Role Is This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Apodaca. Main stakeholders are Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Plannig, organizing, and executing multiple small and large projects simultaneously while meeting target delivery dates. Developing user requirements, specifications, and structure for improving various applications, including, but not limited to Empower, Rulestream, GPLM, and/or SAP. Interacting with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and SAP team members to troubleshoot and drive timely resolution to system related issues. Enhancing mechanical configurator code and tables for various product lines. Setting up, maintaining, trainning users on Engineering Systems and perform other duties as directed. Supporting some evenings and weekends may be required as part of production problem resolution, programming and inventory support. Qualifications For The Role Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science 2-3 years of experience with Mechanical design for Project Engineering. Experience in Empower, Rulestream or similar mechanical configurator, MS Office, and SAP. Knowledge of Low/Medium Voltage Motor Control Centers. Working knowledge of SQL and general programming. (Preferred) Advanced English required.
