Job Summary Join our App Development team to design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly web applications that enhance the mortgage experience for customers and internal teams. Work across the full stack in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to every stage of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL. Build responsive, pixel-perfect web pages from design mockups. Write clean, efficient, and secure code. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience. Mentor junior developers and promote user-focused, secure development. Qualifications and Job Requirements 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (front-end + back-end) Node.JS experience preferred, including APIs, database design, authentication, and concurrency management. Strong skills in building responsive web apps that match design specifications. Pixel-perfect front-end implementation from Figma/WXD designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and CMS frameworks. Some experience with Ruby on Rails. Experience with GitLab or GitHub. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within an agile team.
