Regulatory Officer - Agrochemical Sector (International Scope)📍 Location: Netherlands (Relocation Support & Visa Sponsorship Provided)Are you an experienced regulatory professional with a passion for plant science, compliance, and international markets? A global player in the agrochemical and crop protection sector, headquartered in the Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Officer to join their team.This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Netherlands, and the employer offers full visa sponsorship and relocation support for the right candidate.About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of regulatory affairs, including product registration, dossier submission, and coordination of field and lab trials for a wide portfolio of products such as pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, biopesticides, plant nutrients, and veterinary products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all activities related to product registration and regulatory compliance across multiple regions (particularly Latin America, Africa, India, and China).Oversee field trial operations and coordinate toxicological and ecotoxicological research across international laboratories.Prepare, edit, and submit registration dossiers to agricultural and health authorities.Represent the company in regulatory committees, as well as in discussions with suppliers and customers.Support patent submissions and the company's regulatory strategy.Ensure progress and compliance of all registration projects in alignment with local legislation.Your ProfileMaster's degree or higher in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.Minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory affairs for pesticides, particularly in Latin America and Africa.At least 3 years' experience working with GLP and non-GLP laboratoriesStrong analytical skills and a methodical, accurate working style.Excellent project management and communication skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish, Indian or Chinese is a plus.Proficient with MS Office tools.What's on OfferA dynamic, international role within a growing agrochemical company based in the Netherlands.Full visa sponsorship and relocation support for international applicants.A cooperative, multidisciplinary work environment with significant responsibility and independence.Opportunities for international travel and direct engagement with global regulatory bodies.
