Project Manager Design And Development

Plan, manage, and deliver D&D projects using structured project management methodologies.Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, quality, regulatory, finances and operations teams. Technical & Innovation Management Translate product requirements and market insights into technical project plans.Support ideation, feasibility analysis, prototyping, and early-stage testing.Coordinate design reviews, risk assessments, and verification/validation activities.Evaluate technical challenges and propose solutions to ensure project progress. Provide clear, concise project updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Organize and lead project meetings, documenting decisions, actions, and follow-ups. Risk, Compliance & Quality Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.Ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.Support preparation of documentation for design controls, audits, and product approvals. Contribute to the development and refinement of R&D processes, tools, and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives in innovation, development, and commercialization workflows. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing NPI, product development, or technical projects.Strong understanding of engineering/R&D processes, lifecycle development, and design methodologies.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Jira, Smartsheet). Bilingual English/SpanishMaster's degree or MBA. Knowledge of design controls, risk management (FMEA), and quality systems.PMP, Agile, or Lean certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
