This is a remote position. We are a fast‑growing influencer marketing agency helping brands create impactful campaigns through authentic creator collaborations. We pride ourselves on our strong relationships with creators and agencies and we are looking for a proactive and organized Influencer Partnerships & Talent Relations Coordinator to help expand and maintain our talent network. Role Overview The Influencer Partnerships & Talent Relations Coordinator will work closely with our influencer marketing team to identify, engage and maintain relationships with creators, talent management agencies and influencer networks across Latin America, Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and other key regions. This role is critical for sourcing high‑quality creators for campaigns globally and ensuring smooth collaboration between creators and our team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, management companies and independent creators. Source new creators for upcoming campaigns and maintain an organized database of talent contacts. Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to understand campaign needs and match the right creators. Coordinate outreach, negotiations and agreements with talent and agencies. Support campaign logistics including scheduling deliverables and approvals. Track and report on agency and creator engagement to optimize partnerships. Strong networking and relationship‑building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus. Have a large network of talent agencies and pool of creators & talent. Have a large following on LinkedIn (followers/connections) with large network in the influencer industry.
