Focus Factory Manager – Apodaca Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Focus Factory Manager. The position is based at our Juárez facilities, and you will be responsible for managing the overall resource and manufacturing process at the Bizmann plant. Responsibilities Lead a multidisciplinary and multifunctional team with overall responsibility for plant performance. Direct operations, budgeting, staffing, capacity planning, equipment utilization, and scheduling to achieve production plans. Plan and coordinate manufacturing departments and support groups to meet customer requirements. Lead teams to meet or exceed operational KPIs – on‑time delivery, backlog, rework, maintenance, overtime utilization. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, EBS, and CIF to continuously improve. Lead workforce culture change reflecting Eaton's philosophy. Serve as a manufacturing systems advisor on capacity, production status, and forecast demand. Manage safety, policies, and internal communications. Launch new products by leveraging flexible production resources. Oversee layout design for continuous improvement and future expansion. Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance to meet productivity standards. Demonstrate ability to manage exempt and hourly personnel in a dynamic environment. Track measurable statistics affecting production costs, maintenance costs, sales volume, payroll costs, capital budgets, and inventory values. Additional Information Five key metrics: Safety, Quality (CONC), OTD (On Time Delivery), DOH, Productividad FLEX, CIF maturity level. Compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16946, CTPAT, OEA, and other operational procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution. Bilingual: English / Spanish. 7‑10 years of related experience; 7‑10 years of supervising/ managing manufacturing operations. Preferred experience in the electric sector. Practical knowledge of Six Sigma. Strong project management, communication, and team development skills. Proven teamwork and training abilities in production environments.
