Account Manager OverviewWe are seeking result-oriented Account Managers who are passionate about partnering with our advertisers to meet brand building objectives.
The Sales Account Managers on this team will focus on unlocking Amazon's awareness ad products (Prime Video, Fire TV, Twitch) and work towards 100% renewal rates. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, experience in planning and executing video campaigns, and experience pitching video and upper funnel products to advertising customers. Key ResponsibilitiesBecome a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising video solutionsDeliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clientsRetain and grow revenue from existing advertisersDrive deals to closure in a new business environmentDevelop annual media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectivesEvaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using dataManage high volume of campaigns and accounts at the same time, ensuring that booking, tracking, optimizations and reporting are performed seamlesslyEducate advertisers on video metrics, insights, and how to drive greater resultsWork cross-functionally with Account Executives and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfactionBasic QualificationsExperience in media and brand planningExperience in online or digital advertising3-5 years of B2B sales experienceExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar softwareMedia planning & brand planning capabilitiesSuccess in optimizing products and services based on client needsStrong Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externallyExcellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelors' degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus3+ years relevant experience in a client facing role including but not limited to digital marketing, analytics etc. EEO StatementOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
