Business Unit Manager TI Requirements Bachelor's degree : Technology, Business or management related. English 100% 5+ years of experience on IT projects. Knowledge in Agile Methodologies and SCRUM. US VISA. Responsibilities Establishes operational plans and strategies. Risk mitigation to solve operational issues. Defining and Redefining processes and procedures to improve the operation. Leads the unit's operations staff with extensive knowledge of the services of the area and leadership. Staff Allocation. Supervises the daily activities of the different operations units. It ensures compliance with the delivery of services in quality and established time, generating customer satisfaction. Identifies points of operational improvement, which allow to reach the highest operational level. Establishes and develops operational processes of the business unit. Establishes short and long-term compliance goals in line with corporate objectives and monitors compliance with these in operational teams, supporting them in problem solving. Supports commercial efforts by defining and identifying new business opportunities in customers. Develop service proposals. Participates in the pre-sale, post-sale and estimation of services. Actively collaborates with the area of finance and administration ensuring efficiency in the communication, collections and income of the services delivered. Actively collaborates with the area of recruitment ensuring Develops the operational staff in charge, defining growth and development plans based on the Human Resources area. Foster company culture of care. Collaboration to create internal products Ensure that current environment is regularly evaluated for best practice approaches.
