Dispatcher (Availability for night shift) Job Brief We are looking for a Dispatcher to act as our company's first point of contact for logistic matters. You will receive requests, transmit messages, track vehicles and update load information. Profile Accuracy and attention to detail (data entry). Proficient in English (oral and written). Organizational and multitasking abilities. Active listener with excellent communication skills. Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure. Computer and office skills. Job Responsibilities Entering data from a variety of sources to their appropriate destination. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and register important information. Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units. Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Use of mobile apps. On time report generation. Customer/driver support/care.
