Desde Workana estamos acompañando la búsqueda de un Analytics Engineer para una empresa fintech en plena expansión regional. El rol está orientado a perfiles con fuerte dominio en modelado de datos, SQL avanzado y Power BI, interesados en transformar datos operativos en estructuras analíticas escalables y gobernadas. La posición ofrece la oportunidad de participar activamente en decisiones estratégicas vinculadas a riesgo, producto, portafolio y áreas comerciales, en un entorno de alto volumen transaccional. Requirements Formación en Ingeniería, Actuaría, Matemáticas, Estadística o afines. 3+ años de experiencia enاصيل roles similares. Dominio avanzado de SQL y modelado dimensional. Experiencia sólida en Power BI (nivel avanzado). Python deseable (automatizaciones, ETL, validaciones). Experiencia en fintech o entornos de alto volumen transaccional. Conocimiento en gobierno del dato (lineage, calidad, metadata, ownership). Responsabilidades principales Diseñar, construir y mantener data marts por producto, portafolio y canal. Implementar modelos de datos[url] bajo Kimball y/o Data Vault, asegurando trazabilidad y consistencia. Desarrollar dashboards avanzados en Power BI, optimizados en rendimiento y con foco en storytelling. Definir e implementar KPI Governance (fuentes, cálculos, площи de calidad). Configurar alertas automáticas para detección temprana de anomalías (fraude, DPD, comportamiento del usuario, fallas operativas). Garantizar integridad y disponibilidad del dato junto a BI, Tecnología, Riesgo y Producto. Ejecutar análisis de causa raíz ante desvíos o eventos críticos. Colaborar con equipos de Data Engineering y MLOps para asegurar interoperabilidad de los modelos. Benefits Modalidad: Presencial los primeros 3 meses (CDMX) + esquema híbrido. Jornada: Full-time.
