Ubicación: Ciudad de México – Reforma Modalidad: Híbrido (3 días en sitio)Experiencia: 5+ años en posición similarEscolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración o afínInglés: AvanzadoDescripción del RolBuscamos un Program Manager (PM) con visión estratégica, alta capacidad de coordinación y experiencia liderando múltiples iniciativas dentro de estructuras organizacionales complejas. Este rol funciona como el vínculo clave entre el nivel estratégico (portafolio) y la ejecución táctica (PODs) , asegurando que los objetivos del negocio se traduzcan en planes accionables, medibles y entregables de alto impacto.El PM será responsable de impulsar la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas, gestionar dependencias, priorizar esfuerzos y garantizar el logro de OKRs , manteniendo una visión integral del programa y facilitando la colaboración entre equipos multidisciplinarios.Objetivos ClaveAsegurar la entrega exitosa de iniciativas estratégicas.Actuar como coordinador central del programa y punto de referencia para todas las áreas involucradas.Priorizar iniciativas, actividades y recursos según los objetivos del negocio .Resolver dependencias y garantizar que los recursos se asignen de manera efectiva.Principales ResponsabilidadesServir como puente entre la supervisión estratégica (Nivel Portafolio) y la ejecución táctica (Nivel POD).Coordinar y dar seguimiento a un grupo de PODs dentro de una misma iniciativa estratégica.Alinear, priorizar y gestionar el backlog de los equipos conforme a la estrategia del programa.Identificar y gestionar riesgos, dependencias y bloqueadores .Definir y asegurar las necesidades de roles clave en los PODs (PO, SMEs, entre otros).Monitorear, analizar y asegurar el cumplimiento de OKRs y resultados esperados.Tareas PrincipalesDesarrollar y mantener la hoja de ruta (roadmap) de la iniciativa estratégica.Optimizar y supervisar la asignación de recursos , maximizando eficiencia y capacidad.Realizar el seguimiento del rendimiento del programa , generando reportes ejecutivos y métricas de avance.Realizar mapeo de stakeholders , asegurar su alineación y fortalecer su compromiso.Fomentar un entorno colaborativo entre los equipos POD, garantizando claridad, foco y responsabilidad compartida.Impulsar la comunicación efectiva , la cohesión del equipo y la resolución de conflictos en un ambiente orientado a resultados.
