Responsibilities: Develop, automate, and execute HIL test cases for automotive ECUs. Work with dSPACE/Vector HIL systems for model integration and test execution. Validate software functions such as powertrain, ADAS, chassis, or body controls. Perform fault injection, signal monitoring, and debugging of test failures. Document test results and collaborate with software, systems, and calibration teams. Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in automotive HIL testing. Hands-on experience with dSPACE, Vector (VT, CANoe), or NI HIL systems. Strong knowledge of ECU communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay). Ability to read requirements and create automated test scripts (Python/MATLAB/CAPLayer).
