Your work will help ensure AI systems produce accurate, secure, and high-quality outputs across multiple programming domains. This is a flexible, remote engagement suitable for skilled developers with strong analytical and communication abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and solve computer science problems to support AI model trainingReview, test, and evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, efficiency, and securityIdentify bugs, logic errors, and performance issuesProvide clear, structured technical feedback in Spanish to improve model performanceDocument findings and contribute to collaborative, project-based workflowsFollow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldProfessional fluency in written and spoken SpanishWorking proficiency in English for documentation and collaborationStrong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and technical communication skillsPreferred: 1+ year of professional software development experienceCompensation & StructureUSD $15.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on skill assessment and project complexityPayment issued according to project payment cyclesContractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligationsWork AuthorizationApplicants must be legally authorized to operate as independent contractors in their country of residenceEqual Opportunity StatementSelection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
