We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Our client is seeking a skilled Senior DBA located in Latin America to support database administration, performance, optimization, and instance management in a fast‑paced environment. This is a hands‑on role that requires deep experience with MS SQL and enterprise‑level database operations.What You’ll DoManage MS SQL Server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenanceOversee instance management including backups, restores, monitoring, and performance tuningOptimize database availability, reliability, and securityImplement best practices for indexing, storage, and capacity planningTroubleshoot complex database performance and availability issuesSupport deployments, migrations, and upgrade activitiesCollaborate with development and infrastructure teamsWhat You Bring4+ years of experience as a Database Administrator4+ years of hands‑on MS SQL Server experienceStrong experience with instance management (configuration, maintenance, monitoring, tuning)Understanding of backup/restore strategies and disaster recoveryAbility to diagnose and resolve performance issuesExperience with scripting and automation a plusStrong communication and collaboration skillsWhat Our Client OffersOpportunity to work with modern database environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
