Responsabilidades Supervisar los procesos de producción de tecnologías intermedias y avanzadas. Reclutar, seleccionar, orientar y capacitar a los empleados; desarrollar oportunidades de crecimiento personal. Planificar la producción, programando y asignando personal; establecer prioridades, controlar el progreso y ajustar cronogramas. Informar resultados y flujos de proceso mediante resúmenes de producción de turno. Mantener el servicio de calidad estableciendo y haciendo cumplir los estándares organizacionales. Garantizar la operación del equipo llamando por reparaciones y evaluando nueva maquinaria y técnicas. Compilar, iniciar, clasificar y analizar datos de rendimiento básicos de producción; responder consultas y solicitudes. Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y limpio, educando y dirigiendo al personal sobre el uso de puntos de control, equipos y recursos, y asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos. Gestionar equipos mayores, múltiples o variados departamentos y/o turnos cuando se requiera; manejar roles exentos y no exentos. Administrar equipos y procesos de tecnología intermedia y/o avanzada.
